A LEED home, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a very energy efficient and “Green” home.  The owners in this LEED home, tore down an old cottage that had been in the family for years and reused aspects of the cottage in the new home.  You can see those elements in the interior photos.  Beams, stairway, doors, and some cabinetry.

 We are currently working on our second LEED home in Sister Bay.
